CF360 – Card Filling System
The CF360 is a semi-automated card filling system. Operators manually load and unload blister cards into the filling station. The filling station has interchangeable nests that support a variety of both unit-dose and multi-dose formats. The CF360 automatically fills and fill verifies unit-dose blister cards at an average rate of 6 cards per station or 360 per hour.

A complete CF360 station including manual operations occupies approximately 12′ x 9′ or 108 square feet of floor space.
The CF360 leverages Accutrieve’s carousel technology for tray based, drug storage and retrieval. Our high density carousel boasts 352 storage locations. The CF series systems interface with Accutrieve’s PExS software platform.
Fill cards in either “make-to-stock” or “make-to-order” modes.
CF420 / CF840 – Card Filling Systems
The CF420 / CF840 are both fully automated card filling systems. To support scalability, simply decide if your operation need one filling station (CF420) or two filling stations (CF840). Material magazines, reject magazines and finish product magazines have capacities of over 20 minutes of operation letting your staff operate the system unattended.
The CF420 (420 finished cards per hour) and CF840 (840 finished cards per hour) will produce filled, fill verified, labeled and label verified cards at the respective rates per hour.

A complete CF420 / CF840 station occupies approximately 14′ x 10′ or 140 square feet of floor space.
The CF420 / CF840 leverages Accutrieve’s carousel technology for tray based, drug storage and retrieval.

The CF series systems interface with Accutrieve’s PExS software platform. The nests, filling heads and end-of-arm tooling are interchangeable to support both unit-dose and multi-dose filling.

CP1080R/V – Card Processing Systems
There are two models of Accutrieve’s CP series systems. The CP1080R uses Accutrieve’s rotary carousel technologies. The CP1080V uses a vertical storage method. Each are solutioned to align with your pharmacies specific needs. The CP1080 is a fully automated card processing systems.
The CP1080 will automatically restock your pre-packed cards into the carousels. It then automatically retrieves, verifies, labels, label verifies and pre-sorts verified cards to totes at a rate of 18 cards per minute or 1,080 cards per hour. These presorted totes can then be fed into Accutrieve’s SC2000 sortation system.
Details
The CP1080 is a scalable solution based on the number of total number of SKU’s and volume requirements. A fully configured system is approximately 25′ x 20′ or 500 square feet of floor space.
The CP1080R leverages Accutrieve’s carousel technology for the automated storage and retrieval of blister cards. The CP1080R system can be configured for up to 876 unique SKU’s and support approximately 22,000 cards. The CP1080V can be configured for larger SKU quantities and greater card volumes.
The CP series systems interface with Accutrieve’s PExS software platform. As card inventory is depleted to its reorder point, production orders can be sent to the card filling system for packaging.
CPS720 – Card Pre-Sortation System
The CPS720 is an automated bingo card pre-sortation system that will automatically pre-sort cards into up to 16 groupings or aisles. Simply load patient labeled bingo cards into magazines. The CPS720 will identify the aisle or grouping via barcode or OCR/OCV that the prescription belongs to. The system automatically picks and places that card into the assigned presort tote.

The CPS720 is a compact automated pre-sortation system and occupies approximately 6′ x 7′ or 42 square feet of floor space.
The system is able to automatically scan, verify and sort up to 12 cards per minute or 720 cards per hour.
